Norbil Pérez Tello, producer and owner of Finca La Chirimoya in Peru. Norbil has been planting, harvesting, and producing coffee since he was very young. Norbil actively participates in the advice of our field technicians in order to improve quality and innovate new methods for fermenting and drying his coffee, using innovative techniques that are new to his area. He currently produces Geisha coffees with incredible profiles, and the microclimates surrounding his farm give Norbil potential with each harvest. With the help of the Cooperative, he can reach ever-higher levels in the quality of his coffees.
